P50 private sessions can be tailored to focus on core strength and proper muscle engagement, which improves athletic performance, back pain, injury recovery, weight loss, balance, bone density and posture. Your instructor may add strength/resistance training, TRX and Tower Pilates to your reformer sessions in order to achieve your personalized goals.
