Which class should I start with?
A great class to start with is the Basic Reformer. It is a good challenge while offering beginners less advanced options of the P50 workouts. If you have many physical restrictions, we recommend scheduling a private session initially.
What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothing such as workout leggings, shorts or sweatpants and t-shirts are appropriate moving on the reformer. Grip socks are required for sanitary and safety (we sell them at the studio if you need a pair).
Anything else important to know?
Share with your instructor any injuries or limitations so they can offer you modifications or alternative exercises. Pilates is very restorative and challenging so it is important to balance pushing yourself with being cautious to avoid straining existing physical concerns.
